Shipping & Handling Information

Orders are shipped via Canada Post and are insured. Shipping charges are scheduled based on the dollar value (this covers the shipping charges PLUS the costs associated with shipping the package) of the order and will be applied when you submit your order. There will be a $1.00 handling charge applied to all orders. If the incorrect shipping choice is made when your order is placed it will be corrected without notice when your order is processed and the correct shipping and handling fee applied.

Customer Information

Payment may be made via money order (order will not be shipped until payment arrives), Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

We accept orders from outside of Canada. Please note the customer is responsible for all customs charges, import duties, etc. We comply with all applicable export regulations to facilitate your import.

Residents of Canada will be charged 5% GST.

Residents of British Columbia will be charged 7% PST.

Fabric prices are per yard (36”) and are listed in Canadian dollars. If you have any questions about colours, call or e-mail the shop (monitors may alter colours).

For Our U.S. Customers

Block of the month orders are subject to FLAT RATE SHIPPING. Regular orders are subject to shipping as per the SHIPPING TABLE (please note that the shipping table outlines charges for fabrics, patterns and books - there are some exceptions for heavier or bulky items).

As a U.S. Customer you may order up to $200.00 U.S. per day duty free (at the time of print). Please note the customer is responsible for all customs charges, import duties, etc. We comply with all applicable export regulations to facilitate your import. The exchange rate fluctuates daily, but if you would like to check out the estimated amount based on the rate of the day there is a handy CURRENCY CONVERTER on the HOME PAGE. Just put in the Canadian Dollar amount and it will convert it to the approximate U.S. dollar amount. This is an approximation only as the Credit Card Company rate may be slightly different but this gives you a fairly accurate conversion. Cottage Quilting charges in Canadian dollars and your Credit Card Company will convert to U.S. dollars when they process the charge.

For Our International Customers

Returns

ALL CUT FABRIC SALES ARE FINAL. Should you need to return an item (excluding cut goods), please e-mail sales@cottagequiltingonline.com to arrange for the return.

Items must be packaged securely and be returned via insured Postal Mail. Except in the case of our error, customer is responsible for paying the return postage and insurance (sorry, but we cannot be responsible for any returned goods lost in transit).

Fabric Restrictions

As per the directions from the manufacturer, fabrics are not intended for use in children's sleepwear.

Residents of Canada will be charged 6% GST.

Residents of British Columbia will be charged 7% PST.
